The best part of the ride was seeing Brittany smiling from ear to ear! My other favorite part was getting to look at the town from a different perspective. I also found my future home and my hubby agrees with me....can you just look at that house below (to the right)! Isn't it amazing??!! We won't be moving to Missouri but gee that house is just dreamy hehe
We ate at this restaurant called Lewis and Clark's and the food was beyond heavenly! So tasty and yummy. I cannot wait to take my family next time we go and yes there will most definitely be a next time!
I did try some white wine, although I asked Brittany to finish it off for me hehe. I am such a water girl. I prefer it over anything else but it was nice to have a few sips of this delicious white wine. Gee, I must remember what it was called.
Two more days left to share about my trip and oh so many vintage goodies I simply cannot wait to show you all! And also a 100th follower giveaway coming up soon!!

DeleteOh Bunny I'm so jealous! You see, St. Charles is the town I grew up in! I've had the pleasure of eating at Lewis and Clark's on visits back. Old historic main street is one of my favorite places, although there is a lot more historic themed entertainment, etc there now, espnat Christmas, than when I lived there last in '78! Int the river impressive, too?
