My Vintage Wardrobe Series

My Vintage Wardrobe Series
At the beginning of my vintage journey I felt I had a great deal to learn. Honestly, I still do-especially when it comes to fashion. It's not that I don't enjoy fashion as much as others may, it is just I didn't grow up with a passion for fashion. I mean between a dad, an older brother, and a grandma-every time I wanted to express myself through clothes I was either told no or told to stick with what I had-which wasn't much. LOL

Now I am all grown up and I have a chance to delve into fashion in a way that I couldn't as a child. I did experiment in my early 20's and dressed very retro-mostly 1970's. I was a bell bottom sight to behold and I loved it!

Being able to express my love for the past has renewed my interest in fashion and through My Vintage Wardrobe series, I am exploring the wonderful world of clothes and accessories in my own way. Join me as I share what I have learned and hope that I may inspire you in exploring your view of fashion and help make your vintage wardrobe the best it can be!

These are the posts I have written within this series so far:

What posts were the most helpful to you? What topics on fashion would you like to learn more about or see more of?

  1. You know, I actually like the train case post the best. It shows all the lovely vintage trinkets you've gathered and I love that you added photographs. I'd like to see a post on where you'd like to go with your fashion style. What type of look are you searching for? You also have a lovely selection of hats, a hat post could be nice too:))

  3. I really enjoyed the post about colors! So far, I've loved every minute I've spent at your blog. :D

And I seriously LOVE your Wardrobe Series graphic! If it's not too much bother, I wonder if I could ask you where the image is from? That dress on the left is screaming my name! I'd love to have a source to seek out or a larger image to gawk at.

  4. I so admire that you've shared openly about your vintage (fashion) learning process and how your style has developed over time. I'd been wearing vintage for many years before I started blogging and already had my decades of choice down pat, so I didn't get to explore the earlier days of my vintage life with my readers in the way that you. I like to think that I would have followed your lead though, and chatted just as candidly and enjoyably about the process as you did/do though, had I. You always look marvelous - so classic and beautiful - in everything you wear here, honey, and I really look forward to seeing each and every vintage fashion post you'll continue to share with us.
